The BA gratitude was certainly carbonated when served at east end barrel fest!

They sold it fully admitting it was flat...they even called those batches Flatitude. And they were sold for what....$4? Why in the world would you ask for your money back for a beer they told you was flat and was probably still worth at least $6?

Is anybody going to this release that might be interested in setting up a trade? If so PM me and maybe we can set something up.

This is completely NOT the case. You are misinformed sir!
They sold the flat batch that I bought for full price.
If you are referring to the following years batches, I will not comment because I decided never to go back again.
    Average brewery at best.

What year are you referring to? Maybe we can get some input from others who had the same experience, because I've had a lot of Gratitude in my day and I'm not aware of any batches being flat other than those they told us were flat and sold at a significant discount ($4??)...those batches being the 2011 and 2012 vintages (brewed in 2010 and 2011). I bought the living crap out of that beer at that price, cause it was the most delicious flat beer I've ever had.

I'd probably agree with you that the brewery is average overall...but Gratitude is far from average.

Oh look, an East End hater, that's new...

Anyway, I really wish they would let us know if there's going to be a bottle limit on the BA version. The normal version was available for a couple of weeks last year so I'd expect the same this year.

Here is the event listing: http://www.beeradvocate.com/events/info/71648/

I'm sure they will get into that when East End shares more precise details regarding the event. (Which I also which they would get to doing already.)

Going to be ISO the fuck out of this when it comes out. Can't make it to the release. 'Hoping maybe there are some left after the release like there was with the normal version in 2013, but not staying hopeful on that.

I have indigo bottles that are far from properly carbonated. I have a case left actually.
