    Good morning BAs! We got 4 more inches of snow overnight and it's still coming so it looks like another day inside, other than re-positioning the snow from the driveway to the yard. Trying a steam beer - this one isn't too bad but I'm still not a fan of the style:

    Hey now - haven't seen this one. We were in VA early March last year - lucked into a bottle of their first release of Resolute (hand numbered), which I still have. Got to try it - and some other brews by 'em at Mekong & The Birch. I look forward to getting back out there - you guys have a seriously up and coming beer scene. I may have to work a bottle of the Daylight Cravings into a future trade - sounds like a brew that needs to kick back and rest a while to knock off some of the sweetnes. Cheers!

    Having some chocolate with my breakfast...pancakes...V-Day style.

    I always have to try the new Shiner...it was a gateway into craft back in the day. As usual, not great but hey...it's beer and I'm a Beer Advocate! On the plus side the color works very well with my theme today :wink:

    Gotta head out to the store in a little while to get some supplies for tonight/tomorrow's storm (they're calling it a blizzard). We had plans to go over to Rose Alley Ale House for lunch and pints, but I think my girl has about put the kabash on that in favor of some Chinese take-out and movies on the couch. I'm not complaining. :wink:
