    Cheers from Athens, Georgia!

I grew up in Minnesota as a child and just received a France44 gift card for my 21st. I'm trying to sample the regions best, or the best available on the site. I've tried the Surlys (good god)... What are the other must-haves exclusive to the region?

    Much obliged, ya'll.

I'd make sure to get some Summit Saga

But in all seriousness.... I'd be sure to get something form Indeed. Day Tripper is an excellent APA. Not sure what they have for seasonals right now. If you can get Steel Toe size 11, that is a must.

Bent Paddle is putting out some great neer right now, Cold Press and the Harness Winter Ale would be my choices from there. Steel Toe Size 7 and Indeed Day Tripper would be others I woukd get.

Well I know you said surly, but just a heads up Abrasive is in season, so that's always a winner. Indeed let it ride IPA is coming our shortly (next week?), Bauhaus is making some good stuff, and pretty much everything the others above have said.

Steel Toe Size 11 would be a sure-thing to get, although I don't see it in their inventory at the moment.

If they are still offering the "Online Local Craft Beer Gift Basket" that also looks like a good bet.

I second the bent paddle. They make great stuff. The esb is also solid, but cold press is a must.

Make sure he gets at least one bottle of fresh saga. You should probably throw that in on the house or I'll make sure to give you $1 next time I am in.

Thanks everyone! Earlier today I ordered (multiple) Surly Abrasive, Coffee Bender; Bent Paddle Harness Winter IPA, and Indeed Day Tripper...
Looks like I made the right choices! More suggestions welcome, though, for future orders.

Central Waters from WI makes an amazing stout with ghost peppers, not overly spicy and so smooth. also the new lift bridge releases are great.

Perhaps a trade is in order! Living a few blocks from the brewery does have its benefits

I don't know whether to cheers you or curse you for posting this when you did. I literally left Athens about the time you posted this, could've used some guidance about what to pick through in the Spirits on Washington store. Luckily for me though, I was able to escape with some Creature Comforts and Terrapin out of your fair city! :stuck_out_tongue:
