I get a lot of shit for this but in my eyes there's only one sport -- hockey

 

If you are still playing along. I turned 18 in Canada. My road trip in 1987 was to Boston. This should help a bit with beer choices and the states I have been to on the east coast.

As much as I would like to say that sucks - as a novelty snow is cool. Obviously not if you own a snowblower and have been frozen as long as some of ya'll are.

Gorgeous day in Texas today (as usual) but we are going to get get 1/4" of ice and sleet Sunday. This whole metro area is going to be brought to their knees. Milk, bead and bananas(really?) are sold out. End of days type of shit. Will probably be back in the 60's Wednesday.

It's 26 here today and it doesn't feel to bad. That sorta puts our recent weather in perspective.

 

Yeah about the same here which is nice after subzero temps for a few days...4 more inches of snow expected though.

It got above freezing here today for a little while and I busted out the shorts and flip flops.

Last bottle of coffee (even though I've been told the stout ages well and retains a lot of its coffee, I decided to drink it fresher anyway). Only one of the 5 bottles I bought that I'm drinking the whole thing (aside from the one I sent last round, the other 3 were all shared... one of which I passed when it came around to me!)

Still have plenty of regular and (2013) barleywine though (well... plenty by my standards haha)

 

Hey @LehighAce06 , I took to heart what you said about the price of the Iron Hill RIS and I might have to pick some up now. On another note I may have heard that Troegs BBA Flying Mouflan will be out this coming week, 350ml cork/cages and roughly $48 per 4 pack. I'm sure I'll be getting some it's just a matter of how much. Should be a brewery only release too I believe.

 

Ironically I still need to get over there for my own cans, I just hope there's some left on Monday as I may not be able to go tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to ask you for one of those BA FM if you're offering, knowing it's brewery only it's just as out of reach for me as a Californian.
