    It varies a bit. I have about a dozen different versions I concocted. This one pretty much fills the 8 qrt crock. Tonight it is 3 28oz cans of tom sauce, a big can of diced tomatoes, 1 small can of chili beans, 1 small can of butter beans, usually a chopped onion but didnt have one so threw minced in there, 1 lb Bob Evans Maple Sausage, 1 lb smoked bacon, about 2 shots of Jim Beam Black, 4 or 5 cap fulls of apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, black and red pepper, sea salt, and chili powder.
