Acting responsibly would have been getting the OP his beer in a timely manner. You jumped on this thread under the threat of being outed. And also gave 100 excuses.

 

Beer shows up as described. Move on.

Life happens. He has apologized and owned up to it.

I vote that seller leaves honest and accurate feedback of how the deal went and we all move on.

 

You share an account with another person, never heard this one before! With the trading feedback system in place to protect the integrity of the trading forum, this is a big no no and pretty disengenuos. When your friend uses your account to trade, does he tell them most of the feedback is for you and not for him?

There may not be a rule against this as who would even think this would happen. @blue-dream , @F2brewers , I think a new rule is needed to protect against nonsense like sharing an account.

 

Imo the issue isn't a slow to ship box, but just a simple BM giving a two sentence explanation. That's it and all it was. You made up for it with a generous dose of Pliny, but a simple BM would have worked out better for you particularly.

 

Well, you are right in the sense that most people wouldnt have put themselves in this situation, but that is neither here nor there. And you are right in the fact that most people wouldn't have apologized, but its your words that surely don't come across as sincere. If all I and others have to judge you by is through your "words" across a screen , surely they don't portray someone who is sincere (see post #20).

A simple- Hey, I'm the trader the OP is talking about. I've apologized and the package is on the way. Pretty simple!

Your right, I do hope the OP leaves honest feedback!! And if it was me, it would be "OK" feedback at best. Anytime you have to start one of these threads, 99% of the time its because of piss poor communication. I do understand that there is more to life than beer, but c'mon. A simple "text" or BM, that literally takes seconds, minutes does wonders.
