Stone Sour Fest - 6/28/2015

All stone events have tickets posted except for the Anniversary (probably still trying to find a weekend where CSUSM will let them on campus).

 

Have they posted any sort of tap list yet?

 

Patiently awaiting tap list. Beer fest season is among us boys

 

Was wondering when someone was going to post about this one...

Grabbed tickets without seeing the taplist, but I have faith. After how hot last year's anniversary event was, figured going with an option that had shade, etc. could be the better bet.

 

Just for those waiting on a list, last year the list came out a couple days prior and it was sold out about a month beforehand.

So there is that to think about.

 

no, that's planned. it will be on sat 8/15

also anyone that is waiting on a tap list before buying tickets will probably miss out because it will sell out. there isn't always a finalized tap list available well before hand but i would bank on it being just as good as every other year before!

I would say so, unless something totally unexpected comes up...but buying the ticket right now just to be sure I don't miss out.

That was the first time I had crooked stave's nightmare....I became hooked shortly thereafter.

 

I'm a sucker for sours, bought a ticket for me and @treshojas

 

I was going to say this but it's been said. Had a blast last year and cant wait for this year. Got my tickets!

 

The one thing that was made apparent to me, because I didn't bother to look at times, is that the ticket price has been rising each year whereas the time to consume beer has been drastically decreasing. Only 3 hours this year for 15 tasters. Granted this won't prevent me from clearing a card, but I think it these events get shorter there will be ppl less likely to attend.

Also, 3 hours for 15 tasters at Pour It Black is gonna be brutal..but Stone...challenge accepted.

 

Is there a source to confirm the 15th as the date for the anniversary party this year? I was digging around looking for it last week and couldn't find anything - missed out last year for the first time in 5 years since my wife was 8 months pregnant, can't miss it out this year.

 

Stone newsletter went out that had all of the dates.
