Dear target, I hope that you are not getting too excited about the pr0n that is currently being shared on this thread. You will only be receiving beer brewed in Michigan (this is the Locals, right?) and I'm very respectfully of one's porch, especially due to all the snow that one may have received this year.

Well... it was actually a POS with probably the worst field in the NFL.

 

Still have no idea who my sender is for the BIF-jerk-off-whatever-we're-calling it.

Hint for my target. I just recently by chance acquired one of the latest adds to your "wants" list, it's not local at all for me but since it's in my fridge I consider it local now and you will reap the rewards. I'm going to Al's/Pizza Boy next Saturday and then I should be shipping on the following Monday weather permitting.

 

Hint #3 - I've received a box from you in the past, but you've never received a box from me.

This is my last hint, shipping Monday. In the locals spirit, your box has highly rated beer from NH, MA, VT and ME.

Hmmm, I have no idea who my sender is either and my sender knows me due to my early hop box I sent.

 

I'm down to 12 senders now, I want to cross off 4 of them though as I've received boxes from them but who knows if they are still in the running.

 

So I understand what you saying and have a couple thoughts.

First off if limits are set and people choose to ignore them, which happens in every BIF, I do not think there is an issue with still sending around the limit. In fact you are abiding by the rules and I think anyone in this group would understand and appreciate a box that is 150oz if it was well crafted. In fact I would say a 150oz box of wants is greater than a 300oz box of shelfies.
You mention set up a trade or ninja someone if you want to send more. So what makes a large BIF box different from a 150oz BIF box and a 150oz Ninja box other than the sender saves $$ on shipping? I disagree with the set up a trade portion because you are basically trying to get something back for what you are sending. This is a Beer it FORWARD after all.
I hate to say it but I think you are making a mountain out of a molehill here. I may be in the minority but I have no issue with the boxes that have been sent nor do I feel it necessary to send more or less beer than I previously intended. If anything I do feel less guilty now about breaking the rules. In all I do not think any negative light should be shed on this type of generosity.
That's my take keep up the good work locals.

I am not sending to a FIB however I hope to drink with one in two weeks.

 

Hint: sending to a commonwealth state, hoping it delivers today

 

Hint 1: Your porch sucks and it deserves to be destroyed
Hint 2: There are more than 50 wants on my targets list

Hint 4: Just so you know, I have shipped beer to this state before...
Hint 5: Not shipping before March 16th... and there is a reason why
Hint 6: Florida, Virginia, Texas, California, not shipping beer to any of those states

 

Hint number two according to seekabrew my state has almost twice as many unique beers as our shared distribution.

For my sender, there is absolutely no expectation for you to not follow the rules, just because I can't count. I've been fortunate to win several sports bifs lately, so I was generous to my target to pay it forward.
