I have a similar setup, FWIW. In my cellar with furnace/water heater. Mine stays 55-65 year round. I'm fine with that range.

 

Its underground on that side of the house and stays 55-65 year round. The 55 is dangerous this time of year. All the beer at cellar temp!!

 

I have a fancy thermometer next to the breaker box, hahaha

 

So many nice cellars, and since im running outta room in mine, it makes me want to turn my walk in closet into a full beer closet.

I recently got an upright freezer after I reached the capacity of my chest freezer.

I hate everyone with all these Cantillon and Drie Fonteinen bottles, im still dying to try first and yall are over here with cellars full.

 

Last week I started drinking some of the beers I've been neglecting in my cellar. The ones I've had have held up real nice.

I'm there with you...........i have had one Cantillon in my cellar and i am going to send it out in a BIF!

One of these days i will get my own and drink it!

Question, where did you get that center rack for the 375s? I am looking for something similar.

 

Got both of these wine coolers for 50 bucks used. took out the selfs to hold the beers upright, holds about 30 750ml bottles in the closet. Small cellar space keeps me drinking my beer =)

well the case was garbage. no actual proprietors was tossed. I liked the color so i kept it. the other BCBS boxes do have BCBS but miscellaneous years.

 

Recently got a bit more organized but I really need some shelving. Any suggestions?
