    She's making it look ridiculously easy. 10-out-of-11 1st round wins. 9 wins by armbar. 8 wins under a minute. Tied for fastest UFC submission. Fastest submission in a UFC title fight. I think she's approaching or has exceeded the record for title defenses, too, but don't quote me on that one.

    My wife asks, "If they know she (always) wins by armbar, why aren't they preparing for that?" Which is a great question, and probably also a zen koan :stuck_out_tongue: lol

    As some of you may know from my less than frequent posts on WBAYDN, I barely drink beer anymore. My stomach issues have grown so bad that drinking beer just makes me feel downright like absolute ass. To rub some extra salt into my wounds, I just sold a huge portion of my cellar (HF, Cantillon, 3F, all the "big" stuff) in order to fix my piece of shit car. I almost wanted to cry when I saw it go out the door.

    However, today is a day of celebration and some forced pain through beer consumption! I just received news that I have been accepted into an MS program studying geomicrobiology! To celebrate, I'm drinking something special to me. It may not be the craziest beer, but it means more to me than most beers. When I graduated with my bachelor's, I knew I had to take some time off to get my health back together before continuing at the graduate level. I had become severely depressed because I had gone from being completely immersed in my field to working a shitty ass job just to get by. My mom, being the awesome mom she is, noticed my dip in happiness and came home one day with a case of Bigfoot for me. I vowed to only open them on special occasions, so today sounded like a good reason to do so!

    *from last night* at fat heads in Cleveland. Sunshine daydream, jungle juice pale ale, hop juju, and IBUsive ipa. All phenomenal, as were the pierogis, cheese steak, and pretty much everything.
