Just spent the weekend in seattle/oregon. Ive got some catching up to do... starting tomorrow morning lol

 

I don't have one or it would be yours. But this gives me an idea for something fun to do in between rounds. We can do a wish master round, everyone posts their top 10 wants (hopefully not all whalez) and then people can post about how many wishes they can grant.

Let the wife sleep in for once, she works more than I do haha. My 5 year old looked at all the bottles this morning and said "Daddy you drank a lot of beers last night, you should buy some more." One of those tear shedding moments where a father and son are both on the same page.

 

Just thought I'd run this by the locals; anyone have a line on Nooner 8? @EA728 and I were were in a few trade discussions this week, but decided to hold off (we were offering 2x Vanilla Rye and Yellow Rose).

 

Hint #4? My Targets state has beaches.

Hey everybody...

 

I wish I was a little bit taller I wish I was a baller...

 

Went to Brick Store Pub in Atlanta last night and that place is like heaven on earth for beer geeks.

Tap list included hopslam, westbrook 4th anny, 2013 stone espresso RIS, 2009/2011 Founders imperial stout, 2010 Curmudgeon, and whole lot more. I grabbed a few draught beers then switched gears and started buying vintage beers from their massive cellar list.

Here's my #vbs from last night's cellar choices:

2009 La Folie (sorry for the crappy picture quality). 6 years on it and this still stands the test of time. I expected it too be very "vinegary", but it was surprisingly tart and sweet after all this time.


2013 Lost Abbey Red Poppy Ale. My first time trying this and it was fantastic. Easily my favorite beer of the night. Also, I love how Brick Store Pub makes it a point to use #pgw when serving bottles.

Thought I'd have more to catch up on over the last ~24 hours.... what were you guys doing on a Saturday night?!?!?!?

 

I think the same thing, I get stuck at work or loose a day off, come back and 3-5 pages to read through.
