No worries... I was coming no matter what was on tap. Enjoying the hell out of your porter right now! Seriously, the best porter I've had in a long time. Looking forward to more trips down there.

first visit this morning. Could smell the Citra while they were pouring so I decided no need to get samples. Got a couple Nips and a Boots. The Nips with Citra is very delicious. Nice soft mouth, low carb, big juicy nose. Very, very drinkable beer! Looking forward to the Big DIPA next. Steady Habit is definitely solid and a nice addition to the Eastern CT beer scene. Its about an hour from me and I'll definitely be back!

Having a splendid lunch of Nips with various charcuterie, provolone and olive tapenade on the amazing focaccia being sold at the brewery. There's a local baker (http://www.farmtohearth.com/) selling wood fired oven bread on site (maybe only Sat ams). He had beautiful loaves made with the brewery's spent grains, pretzels, the wonderful looking (and tasting) focaccia with cheddar, and a really dense sprouted wheat wholegrain.

Lovin' what you guys are doing right out of the gates. Made a second trip in as many weeks from Fairfield and I will definitely be back. My too-regular trips to Beer'd will now include you whenever you're bringing the hops.

Sweet @CayseyW we should be bringing the hops each and every week in some form or fashion! Thanks for the support! Very much appreciated!

How can it be an addition to the Eastern CT beer scene when it is west of the Connecticut River? ;-)

Just kegged Behold!, which is a pale with all Nelson. Throwing a new Mosaic IPA in brite tank tomorrow that will hopefully be ready for Friday. Cheers!

Kegged the Mosaic today, part of test batch series, I think it's the tastiest beer we've made so far and if people like it we may add to rotation.

My apologies if this was posted somewhere or on their website but are they still only filling 750ml growlers or will they do any size?

@BigDog33 we are filling any size. We only sell 750ml with r name on it tho. We weren't crazy about filling all sizes because our costs r higher than ur standard brewery so thinking about what a 64oz/2L fill will cost folks makes me cringe however most customers understand and it hasn't been an issue.

I am glad i made the trip over there, it was nice to meet you Jon (I'm Evan if you haven't already figured it out) I am pretty impressed by the beer, i am sure i will be back soon! Behold is fantastic, great nose and a really beatiful looking beer.
If anyone is thinking about stopping their for some fills, i would encourage you to go sooner than later, behold! And a hop and a dream are top notch.
