Another quote from Wayne (copied in full) on the subject:
I will also point out that Wayne has said that he isn't responsible for the pricing of the beer:

supply and demand. as long as they keep selling out, the prices can (and should) go up. if they don't sell, they will go down. i don't see why everyone is so up in arms about this. it's basic free-market economics.

I don't give a rip how they decide to package their beer, but clearly it's about making more money off the same beer. To imply otherwise is just silly. To me, neither of these beers are worth the extra money (they were barely worth the old price), but I'm sure they will continue to sell out, and bombers will be here to stay.

I don't love the price increase on the bombers but I also don't mind paying it... ultimately the more money we put into CCB's products the faster they can grow. I really think they lost a ton of money on Last years Huna fiasco and that stalled their pipeline quite a bit in 2014.

Really stoked to see a DIPA on the schedule, and really hoping they can pull off WO Jai Alai every other month.

So is the little overseas project "hopped on the high seas" done? Haven't heard anything about it in a while.

Thankfully I don't really care about Jose Marti or Puppy Breath...especially with stuff like founder Porter sitting right next to it on the shelf.

Now if they did this to White Oak...

Yep... toast. The brewery they were working with is closed.

As long as the bombers sell out.. they are making a killing. can't blame em for this... even if it means me buying less. Good for them.

I'll be a tad more selective, but i'm still going to get certain bombers in as much quantity as I can handle, and others i'll pass on where i may have grabbed a sixer or 4 pk. Instead, i'll try em on tap, and call it a day.

Really? That's a bummer, I really enjoyed a few of those. Although it wouldn't seem impossible to make the same beer without literally sending it "on the high seas."

I think I am in the same mindset as @velcrogrip - I'm going to go after a few Bombers heavy and then ignore the rest. Too much great beer being made across the country to try to chase it all.

That Citra one was incredible. very sad it won't be around. But Guayabera Pale Ale is right there in quality.

They did say that on Facebook on Monday when they posted that it was still available on tap in the tasting room. But that post as since been deleted I guess. And it also seems to have been deleted from the El Catador FB page too. Even thought 110K is still available on draft.

I wonder if there has been a change in plans or if someone was mistaken in posting that.

Will White Oak Jai Alai be available this month?

Not likely. The calendar above is for 2015. I wouldn't expect to see White Oak until Feb 2015.

I was able to snag some WO from Luekens the first half of last year. I guess that's a thing of the past now, too? They have distro up here in VA. I hope WO makes it up north now.

I about Pissed myself when the troll said this last year. Funny, I'm not the only one that can still remember his ridiculous comments.
