True. I told my buddy who I am staying with that all the winter blizzards better quit by that time. I don't mind a lil snow, but Id rather not have my flights canceled.

Yeah, we're coming on on Thursday, and leaving on Sunday. I'd prefer to actually be able to keep those flight plans! I'd rather not get stuck in Boston, no offense to anyone that lives there.

With 71 breweries listed what brewers are yet to post?

I'd hold off. We're still getting the final list and map in order. Once done, we'll post both; including a more extensive beer spreadsheet. But even then there may be last minute changes that miss all deadlines.

Gaaahh! That would not be good. Maybe they're updating their beer list?

Could this have something to do with Mike Saboe leaving TG?

They dropped out today for "production" reasons. It really sucks as the guide already went to print and finding a replacement brewery this close to the fest will be a challenge, but @Jason is working on it.

I am sure it does not need to be said and the horse has been beaten to death already. The way they have handled their participation in EBF from the get go is pretty lame to put it nicely.

    Pretty unprofessional imo.

I'm quickly putting this in the past and looking at the positives that this fest will be the best EBF to date. Not sure if we'll be able to fill their booth, but keep in mind that some of the brewers will be bringing beers that are not on the list.

It is a loss to the fest, but in the big picture is that there is more than enough interesting beer to go around.

Even with TG gone I'm still going to have a hard time deciding what I want to try. Can't wait!

Damn shame. But you had to assume something wasn't right based on how many times they changed their list. Not to mentioned their head brewer quitting in late February.

Since TG can basically do no wrong amongst the BA community, it will be interesting to see how this effects them. My guess is not much to even make a dent, much like Crooked Stave's debacle last year, but it sucks for all attendees nonetheless.

@Jason I know finding a replacement this late in the game is tough. But any chance at maybe seeing a Trillium or NEBCO as a replacement? Totally understand production/space/time is an issue for Trillium, but they are down the street and I think showcasing their world-class IPA's would be an excellent substitution.

Definitely a bummer. Toppling Goliath was the brewery I was looking forward to the most (along with tree house). O well, less time in line, more time for other brews.

After they teased us with the big 3 stouts and took them off the list I had a sour taste in my mouth already so good riddance! This list is going to be silliness without them

they dropped out for "production" reasons, yet they have no issue pumping out bottles of Sr-71 and hyping up a nearby King Sue releases. Quite frustrating, and makes it hard to be a supporter of a brewery like that.

I say F TG!! There are gonna be plenty of upstanding industry peeps there anyways. Plus I think my visit at Trillium and Tree House will tell me that TG hop bombs are inferior anyways.

@Todd @Jason Try inviting Fat Heads real quick.Tell them that TG pulled out and you would like them to replace them. Heading up to the production house now to hang with them and some Founders folks.

Or just ask trillium.. They can roll over some kegs across the street. Well that is if there is not any distro law issues.
