You guys don't even know what people's 'wants' will be! Who knows, maybe someone will want something local to you guys. Just shoot @Kylo76 some wants and see what happens!

 

Yeah, I sort of thought the same thing, since I don't really have many easily accessible walez around here. On the other hand, I suspect a lot of us have wants that are basically shelf beers for people in other areas of the country. My problem would be getting my 200 BA wants (which are definitely not whale-centric) down to my top few.

 

It's up to @Kylo76 and I'd be willing to help him organize it if he needs it, but we could expand wishlist number to 5 or so. I had a hard time picking two, but decided to just pick 2. I could have easily sent 20, but even if I received one, it is a major want that I can tick.

 

If everyone just puts BVDL and Blaeber we'll be just fine.

 

Maybe we can all put down 5 or so semi-whales and have a rule going in that 1 semi-whale = 2 to 3 beers on your want list. That way if you get sent 3 beers on your want list you aren't disappointed that you didn't get a semi-whale.

So....looks like Fedex is not gonna be an option for me shipping here on out. Dropped my box off for the current BIF round and 30mins later get a call saying the driver picked it up and "thought he heard liquid", opened it and....surprise it was ALCOHOL..... Then they tell me about how it can be a federal offense? to ship alcohol via FedEx...and on and on and on. This is the second time in about a month and a half. Guess I get to take the walk of shame, pick up my box and send via UPS..... Sorry target for the delay

It's a good discussion so send me as many wants as you want, could be simple like things you want to try now. I was dying to try regular coffee and somebody sent that, or someone sent me NG Peach also. No strict rules just helping out! I'd really like everyone to participate even if you don't want to receive beer, pretty please. Don't feel like you don't have the beer to make someone else's wish happen.

 

I've sent a want to a previous target (not Locals), and before they received my box I saw they sent the same beer out to their target.

I would like to send a want that is not a Permawant, our BA list doesn't differentiate between the two.

 

UGH I was SUPER excited when they first listed morning delight and kbbs. Then they took them out but did king sue. now they are out? I HATE THEM!

You should seriously send out a bunch of boxes with stuff like olive oil or apple juice or other liquids in it -- I still don't understand why he opened it because he heard liquid ???
