call me a minority, but I judge what's in the glass... not the owner. I'll be over here drinking bcbs if you need me.

They did seem sort of focused on the "Session " Line of beers.
    National brand in future?

Well, I think that most of the silent investors in our local breweries are probably individuals who care about the owner/brewer, and believe in the product, and are willing to wait. And, possibly take a smaller return than if they had made "traditional" investments. Companies like this don't particularly care about the brand or the product, and are looking to get a big return in a prompt and timely manner.

Like the russian dude that now owns Pabst. Think he cares if our great-gran pappies drank the stuff? nope, he just wants Mo Money and is doing what he deems necessary to get it.

That assumes money was what was keeping Full Sail from brewing "more creative" beers, or expanding their barrel program. Many of the beers in the Limited and Session series are brewed in the vein of less celebrated Eastern European styles (http://beervana.blogspot.com/2013/01/czech-lagers-in-hood-river.html) but not marketed with the style on the label. I don't think Full Sail has much interest in making the kind of beers you're looking for them to make; they've got a different niche.

maybe it's me but Full Sail is far from quality, at least in terms of what's around for us beer peeps. They do make good stuff that is sold at Safeway but compared to boneyard, founders, barley browns, night shift, and others they fall flat. They may have been great in the day but they are just like rogue, widmere, and deschutes.

Yeah, their beers are all pretty eh. The grocery store market is what it seems they're going for. Hoping that will change, but probably not.

What is different about FS is that they do a lot of lagers.
    Many good.
Not every brewery has to be about Triple IPAs and the like
