If you are one to play it safe, that sounds like a good timeline.

Based on Doug's post, 28 cases tomorrow - 1pp (75% more bottles tomorrow compared to today) but more and more folks will be in town! and plus it might be and plus.

Heard theirs a coffee/coconut , a cinnamon/maple, and Double Barrel......not sure if any of those are true, or what days they are designated for.

Anyone else optimistic that the following happens:
Thurs - cycle Thursday bottle at noon
Fri - cycle Friday bottle at noon
Fri - Pegs party exclusive bottle (Nooner9)

This will keep the Cycle Mon-Fri Theme intact and exclusive to that location and will offer an event specific bottle for the Peg's tickets.

Optimism from someone who won't be there and just wants to see some chaos; all while the world finds out more and more about Doug's insane stouts. I'll be in the nosebleeds with my binoculars wearing a rare dos shirt.

Also....does anyone know if the Pegs bottle is different from the Friday bottle?

they've been announcing on their Facebook page about 1-2 hours before they open each day with what the bottles are and what they are pouring that day in addition to the day of the week brew... everything else is speculation unless they're willing to quote Doug. I too think Friday's Peg's Bottle will be different.

are you sure about this? i know i've read that the pegs bottle will be the "Friday" bottle, and that cycle has absolutely not confirmed or denied anything about a bottle being available at the brewery on friday

    From Cycles FB...

"Tickets for the Friday the 13th event at Peg's Cantina & Brew Pub will go on sale this Thursday, March 5th, at 3pm at Cycle Brewing downtown. Tickets will only be available at Cycle, and they are $75 with a limit of two per person. You must provide full names of the attendees at the time of purchase. Tickets include the Friday bottle, souvenir glass, and open pours of all beers at Peg's from 12-4."

yeah, i think the only question is if they will make bottles available on friday at the brewery. which they may, but it might bum some of the pegs attendees out a bit. he didn't say anything about it being exclusive to attendees though...

True. Makes the most sense that 250 are for Peg's and any extras would be available at Cycle. $75 didn't equal exclusivity.

From what I've heard, I believe this indeed the case. The $75 just means your bottle is guaranteed and you don't have to wait in line for it. That, and pours of all of the beers from this week, which is worth the price of admission alone, IMO. In light of that, I would not be the least bit bent if they sold bottles at Cycle too. Fuck, I'd love it if there was enough to put them in Publix. If I could get Cycle's BA stouts year-round I'd rarely have a need to trade.

I can confirm the last person arrived at noon because I was second-to-last. Doug asked me what time we got there, so that's how that proliferated around. And actually it was like 1216 when we got our bottles. I think it would go/have-gone even faster if everyone would get out of the way to order a pint. Tomorrow and Friday gonne be rough... but the beers have been excellent so far. Totally worth the hour-and-a-half lunches!
