    Another liquid lunch at the Ginger Man.

    Started with this masterpiece:

    Almanac Valley of the Heart's Delight. At least as good as Cascade Apricot. Never tried Fou so I couldn't tell you.

    Next up was this extremely pleasant surprise:

    OEC Nepenthes Hydromelita, a rye saison with sage and lavender blended with South African honey mead and aged in wine barrels. Yes, it's as complicated as it sounds. Unbelievably flavorful.
