Didn't drink beer all weekend, unfortunately.

Had two Ruination IPA Tenth Anniverisay bombers and then to finish up a Victory Saison du Buff. Oh I had 90 minute in between them!

I thought Wookey Jack was a really solid beer (I sent it to my target in that BIF too)

Started with the new Weyerbacher Sour Black. Nice bit of roast with a good amount of sourness. Even with the lower ABV this should age nicely.

And even though they don't brew beer, they make some damn good mead. Onto this now:

That beer is straight up ri-dic, no bones about it.

Myself, I'm enjoying a 12oz bottle of GREEN FLASH LE GODDAMN FREAK and I love this beer. Might not nail the style it's listed under here, but I think it's a masterfully crafted beer. Only gets better as it warms, too.

Founders Devil Dancer. There's a lot going on with this beer, but I think when you put everything together you come up with a beer that's a little disappointing.

Know what's not disappointing? A couple of All Day IPAs, some t-bones on the grill and bumpy cake for dessert (yep, an all Michigan night around here).

    Cheers.
