    Brand new liquor store just opened in town and, due to virtually zero competition, it blows every other liquor store in town out of the water. The highlight of the trip was me finding a growler filler station where they have various beers on tap. I'm sure for some of you this is pretty common where you live, but around here it's not. You make a one time purchase of a 32-oz or 64-oz growler, have it filled with your choice of beer, and bring it back and get it re-filled when your ready. But for my first visit I went with their "Pick Six" section. Came away with six beers that I've nevver had before, mostly because you can't really get them anywhere else around here. These are the three I'm drinking tonight: (Shaker glasses aren't my favorite, although they don't bother me much, but I'm at the fiancee's tonight and this is the only beer glass I have at her house.)

    It's still late night here, just got finished with a couple nice ones with @JamLand. Had one while I was doing some work at home, he brought this for me from NorCal. Hadn't had this in so long, forgotten how much I liked it. The first IPA I really liked, back in the day.

    Then he came over, lives up the hill from me, and we shared a solid one from his state of Texas. Very fruity smell, hops abound as well. Great stuff!

    Then I brought this back from Seattle. Black, thick, and boozy with a nice coffee presence. Just the way I like 'em!

    One of the best beers I've had all year! Simcoe Samurye from Pizza Boy Brewing. This stuff is incredible!
