And the mystery beer is.... WHITE CHOCOLATE!
Everyone will be receiving a bottle of White Chocolate as a part of their membership and you have the opportunity this month to purchase 6 more bottles for yourself as well as up to 10 bottles of our award winning Oude Tart!

White Chocolate6 Bottle Limit - $30/bottle ($25.50 after RS discount)
The primary component of our "White Oak" ale is a 100% barrel aged wheat wine that we affectionately refer to as "White Oak Sap." Essentially a "summer" barley-wine style ale, but made with a wheat heavy grain base, White Oak Sap is aged in used bourbon barrels for nearly a year and comes out rich in flavors of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla. To compliment the already rich flavors of the beer, we've added cacao nibs and vanilla beans to give this beer the delicate flavor of white chocolate...hence the name.
14% ABV, Cellarable for up to 5 years

    Sounds tasty!

This is going to be a pricey month. About $350 after tax based on my calculations.

I thought it was going to be Chocolate Rain blended with White Oak, but I'm still stoked for this.

Hmm, I'm intrigued but I don't know if I'm 7 bottles intrigued. Probably won't buy any extra.

You could, you know, not buy a full allocation!

I certainly don't feel like I need 10 Oude Tarts, or even 7 White Chocolates...

Oh I won't be. I was just commenting on the insanity of it all.

This sounds insanely delicious. I'm in need of this...just a humble Vermonter in search of a RS member who might want to trade.

Bruery stuff isn't cheap though, is it?

I wasn't a huuuuuge fan of White Oak, but I'm in for the full allocation of White Chocolate. Sounds really f'n good.

This beer, coupled with Grey Monday, makes me really happy to be blowing all my money on the RS.

If you're drinking this and hear voices telling you 'you look great!' or 'nice glassware!', it's the cacao nibs and vanilla beans - they're complimentary.

This doesn't make any sense. If it's promising enough to buy one bottle, then it's promising enough to buy the full allocation. We deal only in absolutes here.
