Parabola is not like Sucaba. Parabola goes fast. But saying that, I usually land myself a couple of cases over the course of it's release windows that last me the year easily. I still have a good part of a case left from last years. Still, once it's on the shelf and you see it, best to just pull the trigger on it.

Paso is suppose to have a vertical box of 12-15 on release day. I haven't been before but am going this weekend. I was just wondering if anyone knows if these go fast. Thanks

It might sit for a bit considering the price will most likely be upwards of $150. I believe I saw 2012 bottles of Sucaba last time I went there for around 75 each.

I wouldnt be surprised if they put that vertical box at $200+. They price their vintage beers quite high.

Counter point, they had a box of feral one batch 1 + 2 signed that lasted all but a few minutes. Those older vintages do range at a lot more $$ wise, but it may be gone as soon as it opens.

I wouldn't be surprised if they increased the MSRP, though, $23.99 seems excessive. Maybe the rationale is "If these upstart breweries are releasing inferior product at a much higher price point, let's raise our prices to reflect current pricing trends."

i don't recall them doing this in the past. i'm guessing this will be popular, but it'll also be expensive as hell too. so maybe they won't go that fast

Yeah at the brewery the price doubles when a new release is out. For instance: 15 is $15, 14 is $30, 13 is $45. I had their 14' anniversary in my hand until they said $75, my knees went limp. Good thing I asked before they rang it up.

Since it always needs to bee said, come on folks, stop trading away Parabola for stupid shit. This is top tier level awesome beer and every year it's given away for a song. #friendsdontletfriendstradeparabola

Sadly it sees a pretty big distro so it doesn't trade for what it's really worth.
