Well there is at least 1 bottle in there. Some star the chant: We want pROn! We want pROn! We want pROn!!!

@Kramerbarthomer does that box look vaguely familiar to you? Intra-thread recycling at it's finest.

True, my 14.66:1 ratio is kinda nice, but I'd love to have all the points from 7000+ posts rather than just my 838...

    Damn, beat me to it!

Ya know, I thought this would get old fast and move quickly to "insufferable", but I agree it was a lot of fun watching people's attemtps. Now I have to decide if I feel like counting my points despite having not tried that hard to accrue them.

@Mikexw already has everyone's Mipper points stored in a database.... along with the name of every beer we have ever drank, things we are allergic to, and of course, our blood types.

    I know I do.

Don't forget social security number, mother's maiden name, name of our first pet, and the street we lived on growing up.

So @rspauldi has no idea that I HATE surprises, so today while running my errands I did a side shopping trip.

Where safe I have shown the Challenge Beer still in its original packaging so Im not cheating.

    Stout Brownies anyone?

Need to get this done before the wife gets home

Just one hour to go, having lunch now, tune in later for the cool down, the eating and the opening of the challenge bottle

Boy, you are on this fast! Love it.

I didn't see it in the pics and am curious, when is the beer going to be added to the brownies?

    Holy shit!
68 times? Live? As in - in person?
Holy shit - and here I thought I was into music. Haven't seen my favorite bands more than 5-6 times live.
    Wow. Kudos.

Same here. I think I've seen Tool and Metallica 5-6 times each... But I also know that DMB fans are crazy when it comes to going to those live shows... kinda like Phish and Grateful Dead fans... I still though my guess would be super high though!!

The challenge Letter, the next recipient won't get off this easy….

Brownies are done, beer still sealed. Needs to wait 2-3 hours to cool? I don't think Ill wait that long.

I was in the baking mood, so I made some fresh bread as well.

I was hoping for someone to get devious early

Also, a general rule* is that the nature of the challenge remain confidential until it is done. For one thing, how to go about completing the challenge should be your own task, without outside help!

*not that you personally violated the rule, this is just as a PSA.

    The Grand Reveal

    Brownies made from Quakertown Stout

    OMFG this is good.

    Need some ice cream….

    The Challenge Bottle:

Nice, never had this yet, and a nice replacement to what I used for the brownies.

There goes the diet again, well Ill be back running tomorrow.

A: Pours nicely and settles without a crazy head.

    S: Nice chocolate notes.

T: Nice chocolate burnt bread taste to it. Very flavorful.

M: Not as thick as I like my stouts, but not watery or thin.

O: Wish I had another bottle, very solid brew.

With the ingredient for the brownies, it was a perfect beer for this dessert. The chocolate, syrup and almost bread texture was tasted through in the brownies.

This was fun as hell, now how to explain to the wife where the brownies came from when we are suppose to be on a detox diet, oh well.
