Hello, I'm new to the site. I recently tried a Belgian called PREARIS QUADRUPLE from Belgium. I loved this beer, but am having trouble finding a distributor in my area. I'm in the northeast Ohio, Cleveland area.

Does anyone know where or who can I can get this product from?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Firefighter1960

I searched Beermenus with Cleveland as the input, but the closest places listed were in Chicago,

Your other best bet would be searching for posts on mail-order companies. I don't know too much about that end, unfortunately, but maybe someone else will chime in.

Good luck, and welcome to BA.

Welcome to the site. Have you tried any other quads or "Belgian strong dark ales?" Perhaps there is an easier to obtain beer that would scratch the same itch.

Never seen that one, but i know some De Proef stuff makes its way to Kentucky, so you may have some scattered luck down here.

You will find many outstanding quads and probably some that you like better, if you try others. Try new things, learn what tastes are, what you like vs. what others like -- there's an infinite number of things out there you haven't imagined!

Prearis is imported into the U.S. by Authentic Beverage Management. You can try contacting them to find out who their local distributor is. The distributor might be able to tell what stores buy it from them.

Typically you won't see the word "quad" on the bottle so it sort of hard to know. But you'll probably be happy with any Belgian Strong Dark Ale that's 8-9%+
Unibroue Tres Pistoles is pretty common in most the country. As well as many of the Trappist brews. St Bernardus 12 always hits the spot

All pile on, St. Bernardus 12 or Rochefort 10

I'll recommend The Sixth Glass from Boulevard brewing company. An excellent quad that stood up to the best of the best in a blind taste test that I was part of.

Not a true belgian, but 3 Philosophers from Ommegang is a pretty great quad that is widely available and may suit your tastebuds.
