Holy moly - Not 1 box, but 2 boxes! Before I get to the pr0n I'm going to get on my soap box ....

:soap box: This group is the best. This is beyond 'trading beers' this sharing beers with friends. I am humbled by the beers I have received throughout this whole experience. I am not always super engaged, but I wouldn't be on this site at all in the phase of life if it weren't for this group! ff soap box:

@Kylo76 is an evil genius for setting the 'Locals Wish List' up. Today, 2 of our brethren decided to make my day by sending me wishlist beers (and some!). My wishlist wasn't about whalez (except the DBH) it was about beers I wish I could try but havent had the chance to. Beers that I see people talking about all the time.

So @wheelzntoys kicked things off with 1 wishlist beer - Belching Beaver Peanut Butter. Everyone tells me they love Sweet Baby Jesus, but that BBPB is better. Its been on my wants list for ages. Also on my wants list for ages has been Kern River Just Outstanding, so 'Wheelz' tossed that in and some more. You are a stud! Honored to get a box from and Locals OG like you!

@_RL_ is hosting a MD tasting today, and @Devman171 BM'd me to see if I was going. I told him I couldn't (had the kids all day), and he says well be on the look out for a small box in the USPS .... Beer Boner!!!!

Papago Brewing Orange Blossom - new brewery to me. sweet!
Huss Brewing Magic in the Ivy - Another new brewery! Also, these are my first Arizonan brews...

I texted my buddies(non-BA), and received these responses: "gtfo" & "somebody loves you".

That is the kind of thing that makes this group so epic. (I believe we have surpassed awesome.)

If you haven't sent a wish list to @Kylo76, you need to get to work! Because I'm proof good things will happen. I've been looking to fill a wish, but seem a bit short on ones I can hit. Soon, though! Or if not, I'ma ninja the shit outta somebody...

 

A package landed 2 hours after I left my house today... so pr0n will wait until tomorrow... already picked up one piece of my return fire while in maryland...

Seems like you are at your version of Northern Michigan. Makes me miss summers in Northern Michigan. Then again, summer will be here soon and I will be back up north.

 

Its funny you say that. i was at my local 99 restaurant today and they had a "horseshoe ale" brewed by wachusetts brewing solely for the 99. Seems like a lot of places are starting to get a beer solely for their restaurant.
