I'd go with Founders but that would make them #4 overall for me. Top 3 would be SN, Lagunitas, and Deschutes.

FW would probably overtake Founders if I could ever get my hands on some Parabola.

Firestone is a good choice. I'd also consider the likes of Boulevard, Deschutes, Avery, Goose Island (gasp!!), Schlafly, and Sierra Nevada. I feel like you need a solid distro footprint to be considered "best all around."

Oh, and I sarcastically voted Mikkeller

The list is not adequate enough for a serious vote on the best, even if it were possible.

Why ask people to contribute, but then knock their choice? The suggestion fits your criteria better than some of the poll options.

Hill Farmstead really makes everything at the highest possible level. It's insane how good they are. Also, Sante Adairius from Capitola.

From the ones you list, Firestone Walker is the best. They are the best macro-micro I know of. I also really like Prairie. Haven't had much from Toppling Goliath, but I love what I've had.

The Bruery is far too hit or miss. I think they should make less beers, with greater rigor. Like FW does. Experimental is good, but too many duds. I'm not super crazy about their sours either.

Well I kind of agree The Bruery has nothing to do on that list. I mean Lagunitas is not on that is probably one of the brewery that sell most beers because we all like them.

I do not agree on the Cigar City thing. Cigar City, Firestone Walker, Founders, Lagunitas, Stone, Sierra Nevada, Surly etc etc can brew more or less all styles and that is what comes down to it if you should call it ALL AROUND brewery.

With around 40,000 people voting in this poll I guess I would say it is Southern Tier.

I kinda agree. They have many beers and have never disappointed me but Founders is definitely another go to.

My interpretation of "all around" would certainly include Victory. While they don't offer cans and are not known for whalez, they have a very diverse lineup that I'd consider as solid as any other brewery. The fact that they have both lagers and ales rated 4 or higher should mean something.
