    My Facebook feed claims that New Glarus is leaving Wisconsin, Founders is releasing Dirty Bastard Franzia-style and Greenbush is turning into a Chuckie Cheese. I'm having a good laugh at all this today, especially the video Greenbush made with their employees and customers getting more and more frustrated at the brewery's change in direction.

    Who else is trying to prank us today and which have been your favorites?

    I like Funky Budda's new release, which if it was true I would totally be all over it:

    Tonight's special release is Cuban Sandwich Brown Ale! We brewed this beer with dill, mustard, smoked malt, and chunks of real roasted pork in the boil for a taste that recalls midnight in Miami! See you here at 7pm for this brand new brew!

    Well, we're not a brewery. But my bottle shop/taproom called Wish You Were Beer in Huntsville/Madison, Alabama announced that we have given up on being a craft only shop and as of tonight we will be featuring $3 pints of a certain beer that was made the "hard way." But truthfully, we WILL be serving up Bud Heavy tonight in fancy footed red solo cups and randallized through peaches and Nestle/Tollhouse Pumpkin morsels. I have been warned by the local AB distributor to expect a visit from an AB rep tonight, who happens to be in town. Hope he has a sense of humor. It's not like we took out a Super Bowl ad or anything. :wink: Oh, and we're doing a Stone tap takeover too featuring 8 taps as well. But that wasn't announced. But if one reads our FB message between the lines they'd understand.

    Probably not a lot of people outside of the Chicagoland area know that Drew worked at Pipeworks before starting 18th St.
