    As a side note... I got my bottle at the Warren store in Vermont, but I've never seen a release fly of the shelves faster in Rochester than this did.

    Started the evening at Destihl(a local brew pub). First up was a pint of Jivaro Oatmeal Espresso Stout, followed by a four oz. sample of their St. Dekkera Reserve Sour Ale and finished with a 12oz. glass of Hawaii Five Ale. Decided to grab a growler of the sour to go. Cheers!

    tonight I've had my first bottle of the 10th Anniversary Ruination and a bottle of Dirty Bastard.

    Seriously though, HOW FUCKING AWESOME is this version of Ruination!!! WOW. had high expectations for this beer and it met and surpassed them. Stone has a real winner on their hands. I bought two bottles today already drank one, and I don't think I can resist the urge to drink the second. Don't have to work till tomorrow evening...so why not.

    STONE RUINATION 10th ANNIVERSARY BREW= PtE, Heady Topper, Lagunitas Sucks, etc etc. Up there with the best of the best!

    Excellent... yes. Up there with Pliny and Heady ehhhh. I'll drink a Heady next and get back to you if I can form coherent sentences.

    Its not bad at all. Its a very "sessionable" bourbon barrel aged beer. Its pretty much a barrel aged pale ale.

    Its very similar to Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/430/18698

    Drinking a few Sam Adams Boston Lagers while sitting in my hotel room. At first I was disappointed that I had to settle for this, but it's pretty god damned good. Haven't had one in probably 5 years. Then again today was pure hell so I could probably drink a Steel Reserve and be content.

    I may be a bit over excited...Heady is better lol but still 10th Anniversary is one helluva kick ass "double?" IPA.
