    Good morning beer folks and welcome to Saturday.
    Well, after several years of wanting to try this beer...my first bottle of KBS. Getting on a list a couple months ago got me three bottles. Needless to say it has met my expectations and is truly a top notch BBA stout. Cheers all.

    what a great way to celebrate a little bit of easter at cantillon.

    2 new beers for on site consumption.

    1: Pinot D'aunis (2YO lambic with pinot daunis grapes wich gives it a slight earthy / peppery taste. very complex!)

    2: cantillon carignan. (my personal favorite. and maybe the best fruit lambic i've ever had! carignan grapes gives a very complex sour fruit notes.)

    This is probably the creamiest beer I have ever had...It is dangerously smooth!! It's nice to have a local brewery that keeps putting out such great BA brews. Cheers!
