    So here was the challenge

    And here are the options I had

    So I chose bigger volume. Riserva because I've wantedd to try this forever. It was a tie between sucaba and bcbw but figured eh go w sucaba fresh yum!

    So we made toast w brie and a riserva jam with fresh raspberries, balsamic and corn starch to thicken.

    The second was a crepe! With sucaba pecans brown sugar fresh blackberry saucewith chocolate chips!

    Opened Victory's Kirsch Gose tonight. The color is absolutely amazing. The taste just isn't there. Not bad but surely not WB Gose.

    Well since, Im in a terrible waste land for Distro, even in NJ, I get a couple boxes from Belgium, to round out the terrible shelf beers, I have to choose from.

    Awesome news, and thanks to all those that provided well wishes and prayers. My mothers surgery went amazing and all is well. I haven't seen her look so good in years. The wonders of modern medicine and a stubborn old woman, and we got someone who will outlive all of us!
