Rumors are floating it's going to be a rerelease of BBA Batch 9000, but I think we're all hoping for the moon with that one. It will likely be something on the special side though, maybe a variant of Expedition =D

I believe that the entire Bell's distro footprint gets some, but I don't know how its parsed out.

It's on at the Cafe - love the descriptors of bourbon, toffee, malty, caramel, oaky, vanilla:

And priced the same as non-BA planet....awesome. Looking forward to this one. Tried a CW BA barleywine last night for the first time. Wish I would have had a Saturn to go along with it.

Is it just me, or does Mango Habenero Oberon sound amazing.

It does, but not as amazing as Coffee Consecrator!

$11.75 a six pack, $43 a case with a one case limit at the General Store. It's a great beer for the price, lots of bourbon. The base beer doesn't seem as full flavored as other barleywines I've had though like TCOA, Sucaba, Bigfoot, Double DBA.

Very easy drinking for an 11.5% BA BW. And for $43 otd at the general store it was impossible to walk out with less than a case

It could have used more mango, as it had plenty of heat from the habanero.

Cw bbbw is more complex, Bell's Saturn is much smoother even with a higher abv. Both great for the price point.

That Coffee Consecrator is every bit as bodacious as it sounds. I had 5 ounce pours of the coffee and Saturn and drank the coffee first. I wish I had the Saturn first. The Coffee Consecrator had a bigger mouthfeel than the Saturn did.

I agree with the other comments. Saturn drinks as easy as a bourbon barrel aged barleywine can at 11.5%. I still can't believe I got a case of Saturn for $43 otd. I feel like I stole from Larry Bell.

Oh wow, with the price point being set that low, I think I might have to move some things around and pick me up a case! Incredibly intrigued by this offering. Out of curiosity, is this sold in 4 or 6 packs? Didn't see anyone mention it...
