A box is landing today in the land of 10,000 lakes

 

Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, CLICK, tick, tick, tick, tick, CLICK....... somewhere, someone is refreshing their FedEx tracker in anticipation..... Hopefully the packages get delivered before the HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS kick up around 11:30am thru 6:00..... Target has the tracking #'s and hopefuly has made plans!

a LIF is Lottery it Forward. It falls under 2 sections. A donation to charity entering you into a beer raffle in which you can win a box.

The other is just when someone gives beer away for some miniscule task (I.E. guess how many beers I'm going to drink or When a child will be born, really anything)

 

Lottery It Forward. A challenge question or way to determine who to send beer to out of a group. Currently I believe there are at least 2 open in the Locals thread. @LehighAce06 has one to guess the date and time when his next child will be born and there's another to guess the time the person will finish a 10K race in. Can be anything really.

 

I am still new here... so I was serious. I knew what it was in the spirit (seeing the threads about donating to charity and getting a box that was kindly donated) but I didn't know what it stood for. Thank you @Dicers and @JNForsyth for the clarification.

(PS: I did try to do a search but all it returned was results containing the term... not the term definition.)

There should be some good pr0n posted today and tomorrow fellas! It is a good time to be alive! And I still have no clue who my sender is so I will be totally shocked when/if something arrives! It's like... somewhere out there lives a man... a dastardly villain who loves to do nothing but destroy porches for no damn good reason. I am his next target... but I don't know who he is... where he is from... or what his motives are... all I know is... I am next.

MUHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

 

FYI...I am out of town this week so if there are boxes at my house my brother will bring them in the house & I will post pr0n this weekend

 

I had a dream that fedex destroyed my shipment last night. Checked, and it's still en route to the Sunshine State.

Told my wife there's some incoming and I got the side eye. She runs an in home daycare and all the kids have to nap in the living room right now because we're doing some construction on the house. The fedex guy always comes during nap time. I offered to disable the door bell but she backed off.

Anyway, looking forward to this box @Dicers. I know you can bring it.

Hoping to leave work early so I can pack up box #1 and get it out today.

Also hoping I don't get home to a rain soaked box, as it is POURING out right now.

I have been notified by family that my porch has been destroy. Note to self - relax, breathe slow and easy. Can hardly wait to get home!

 

It has taken a flight before (as evident by the bag tag on it) TSA doesn't inspect FedEx or UPS packages domestically

 

Secret Halloween is by far the best BIF. I organize it, so I am not biased or anything.
