if sleeping outside overnight is what it takes to get beer, this industry has gone way too far south. it's fucking beer.

Thanks to you and others who responded to my question. I just assumed that there were no reviews on them and did not check. Excuse my laziness. Thanks again for the thoughts and comments on the beers. They sound pretty enticing to say the least. Now the question is, do I make that much of a time committment to get my hands on them.

Beer nerds need to learn to not incite panic and cause people to start lining at 7 pm the night before. There's 400 allocations, people.

Yeah but people gotta be first in line so they can get back in line right?

The issue, IMO, is more with you posting about showing up at 5AM and that "maybe not being early enough" which makes some people freak out and show up even earlier, and hence how the cycle gets worse. Not taking a shot at you, but there are a shitload of lurkers here who really like trying to "win" this whole beer thing (and likely some regular posters as well), who see things like this and ensure their muling efforts are fruitful by pitching a fucking tent and staying overnight

The surrounding suburbs have a population 5x that of Philadelphia.

yes but there are more NY and NJ patrons than locals for most of their releases.

Which only helps reaffirms the point that if 400 don't even show up at Tired Hands's releases, what makes you think 400 people will show up in Williams-fucking-port?

I am not sure if you understand population density, but williamsport has much less people than philadelphia and its surrounding areas.
