2015 Parabola

Slightly off-topic, but since I wasn't able to get '15, I decided to drink my '14. '14 is drinking real nice right now. The fact that I'm drinking it while watching Leprechaun in the Hood is a bonus.
Next weekend I'll open up my last '12. Probably with Friday the 13 VI: Jason Lives.
Ambiance is everything.

Had a couple pours at Parry's in Highlands Ranch today. Pretty good. Solid stout, maybe a bit lighter on the barrel than I usually go for, but solid overall.
I didn't end up with a bottle, but after a couple pours, I'm OK with it. It was good and if I had a chance at a bottle or 2 I'd get it, but I'm glad I didn't try super hard to get one. Good but not great.

Drinking '12 now and it has dropped off a bit. The last '12 I drank was after '13 came out and it was still awesome. 2 years later, good, but not as good. '14 is actually drinking better than '12 right now.

 

The guys at Tap n' Handle said they got a keg of '15 last week but they hadn't tapped it yet as of Saturday night. Kind of makes me wonder if anyone else got keg shipments around NoCo.

 

if anybody in CO is still looking for parabola 15 and wants to trade some CS or avery BA stuff, let me know!

 

2014 was on tap at Euclid Hall last weekend. Not sure if it kicked yet.
