    Another sunny and warm day to enjoy, having a Hop Nosh IPA on the deck. Going to fire up the grill for some smoked pork chops in a bit and then chill until the Wild game. Have a good one all!

    Another new (for me) Big Eddy beer Royal Nektar. I know Leinenkugel isn't a favorite here, but this is pretty tasty.

    Hello and Happy Thursday BAs. Drinking a homebrewed Blood Orange Imperial Witbier, clocking in at 7.5%. Lots of great fruity phenols and esters in this one from the Forbidden Fruit yeast I used (believed to be Hoegaarden strain). Finishes slighty tart and dry with the blood orange coming through nicely. Now this is Spring. Cheers!

    I'm officially an advocate now. Well lastnight was the official day/night but I was too busy watching the hawk game to post any more. Busted out a limited release I havent tried any dark beers from modern times yet so this is not something im used to from them.

    i had a pretty darn good coconut almond porter earlier that i didnt post so i thought this would be nice to fallow up with. Barely taste any coconut in this one though, mostly just chocolate with a faint after taste of coconut. Still pretty decent though!
