    Oof, lots of travel lately. Finally got an evening off to myself in the Netherlands.

    Wandered into a supermarket and grabbed the first (non-Heineken) Dutch beer I spotted.

    This is pretty good. I may prefer American IPAs though.

    This one's great! Highly recommended. Nice subtle but deep walnut flavor in this one. Definitely worth the price.

    Lunch beer.....windy as hell today here.....got tossed around trying to take a "beer pic" at a local park by my office....had to resort to a "car pic".....got photo-bombed by Nanny, that "other" Ohio goat (LeperJim!)

    Tasty, chocolately dopplebock.....at 8.7% abv, my afternoon is looking more promising! Brewed by Susquehanna Brewing - with Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts and cocoa - and Hallertau hops! Delish!

    I read about Framinghammer this past week that it is fermented with lager yeast. This style may have also done the same.

    Jack's Abbey is a brewery that solely does lagers......do not think this is the case with Frankenmuth Brewing; think it was just an oversight / typo....a Russian Imperial Stout by definition is an ale, not a lager

    Totally agreed. Didn't know if the brewery misrepresented the style which happens from time to time. Either way, the particular brew sounds delicious.

    I think my opinion on this has gotten more objective the more I've had, and for me it's about a 3.5/5; I don't think I'll be buying it again for $15/4 pack.
