Union Craft - Old Pro Gose

    Union Craft posted on Instagram & Twitter that they are canning Old Pro Gose with an early May release date. Pretty stoked for it. Had some on draft last year and it was great. Could be a go-to summer beer for me this year.

    I've heard great things about it, so I'm excited for another localish Gose option.

    IMO Anderson Valley can't hold WB's jock. I hope that the Union offering is at least better than AV but I'm skeptical it can supplant WB as my favorite Gose.

    I have a harder time getting ahold of Westbrook, but I'd tend to agree.

    I would agree Westbrook's is better, but UC's will be much easier to get ahold of here and is damn tasty. Was not a fan of the Anderson Valley one. But their Blood Orange Gose goes down like juice.

    The can design is really awesome. They nailed it on this one and Double Duckpin.

    I've enjoyed Old Pro every time I've had it on draft so I'm very happy that is going to be canned. Will definitely be a great summer beer.

    Awesome. Cannot wait for this. Meridian Pint always seems to have this on draft and I can't get enough of it.

    Looking forward to this one for sure.

    Not to veer the thread too far off course, but does anyone know when next batch of Double Duckpin cans are coming out? They are releasing cans quarterly right?

    Quarterly. The last batch was out end of Feb I believe, so that would put the next bath the end of this month.

    I think I read somewhere that Union is currently in discussions to distribute to NoVA.

    I hope this means that the canning of Steady Eddie is in the works. That was a solid wheat IPA and super easy drinkin. Perfect for Camden Yards.
