    1. The bar service experiences described in this thread have been duly noted & communicated to the appropriate parties. I totally agree that this should not be happening. While it's certainly not limited to us & I experience similar things myself all the time, there's no reason why we can't be better. As with all things, we will continually strive to improve.

    2. Modem Tones (originally formulated as Mega Monsters' Park but renamed due to popular demand) has in fact been brewed and is currently sitting in tank. Our plan is to put all of it in barrels. I'll keep you all informed on its progress.

    Coming back around to this. Drank one last night and it was a pretty good hoppy lager. Not really a fan of pale lagers, but it was much more drinkable than 95% of them out there. Probably would have been better after some physical activity to be more refreshing, but it went well with my chicken last night.

    Now the last order of business to make it official. Somehow convince Modern Times to replace the "San Diego, CA" on the label with "US - Pacific".

    Although that would potentially hurt branding and I really don't want to get into that discussion again. =P

    Hey Jacob. Are we getting another barrel aged bag for our coffee subscription next month? I have maybe 2 cups worth left of the Madeira . I'm really going to miss it.

    Not 100% sure yet. We're going to sample roast from a few different barrels on Monday and since if anything is ready. If not, it'll be a single origin bag from either Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia), Burundi, or Guatemala.

    Visited from PDX last week and fwiw had an exceptional customer service experience at North Park tasting room, and the beer was top notch. Impressive operation all around.
