Ones that are always in your fridge/cellar and if you run out, or even run low, you buy more.

Lagunitas IPA, Guinness, Shock Top Wheat, Racer 5, Boston Lager for widely available and drinkable options

Pliny the Elder, Heretic Evil Cousin, Hermitage Citra IPA, Strike Double IPA, Stone Enjoy By and Modern Times Fortunate Island are in my fridge at least once a month but go quickly.

Multiples of BCBS and variants, Alesmith Speedway and Lost Abbey Track 10 are cellar beers I keep around constantly and replace as soon as I'm able.

There's pretty much always something from Surly in my fridge. Seems like I've almost always got a Sierra Nevada seasonal in there as well - Celebration and Narwhal, followed by Bigfoot, then Hoptimum, etc.

I have no true beer staples, by @The-Adjunct-Hippie's definition - I just roll with it, man, week to week, store to store, season to season... I return to dozens of beers from year to year, but there's nothing you could count on finding in my fridge.
Heck, most beers don't last very long in my fridge

Me too. I definitely have heavy rotation beers, light rotation beers, and 'once every few years' beers, but nothing that's always in there.

I don't really stock any beers as I love trying new stuff.
But it seems that AV Gose, Ten Fidy, Bells Expedition Stout, and any DFH seasonals make a regular appearance in my fridge whenever I can get my hands on some.

The only beer that never disappears from my fridge is Clown Shoes Space Cake. Having said that there is always something from Troegs, Founders or Firestone in my fridge.
