How long have you been brewing?

    Ran into the guys who got me into brewing at NERAX, who I hadn't seen in at least 20 years. Made me think of how long I've been brewing. To give you another clue, the 'big' malt at the time was Klages...lol

    I brewed about half a dozen extract batches from about 1988-93, then quit for 12 years. Since returning to brewing, I've been making about a dozen batches a year.

    20 years
    Never had an infection (except for that one time)
    I am sensitive to *all* off-flavors
    None of my beers has ever had an 'off'-flavor.
    I have a 'very' sensitive palate for all off-flavors, just in case.
    I do not have cellar blindness.
    I have a very large egg whisk.*

    *I don't. And frankly, none of the other above facts are true for me either.
