How much of BA do you use?

Well the review section of course so that I could write up my new reviews

As for Forums, being in Mid-Atlantic I spend some time there and main Beer Talk of course all the time.

Other Regions I spend time in are Germany and Canada. I will check out the other domestic US regions once in awhile.

Don't trade anymore, so actually the trading section is removed from my profile for access. I will admit I would go in there to read and just shake my head and sort of have the schadenfruede kind of feelings but it was really getting icky. Kind of glad to not witness that anymore it's just gotten worse in my opinion.

Check out a couple of News and Release stuff from time to time, and then once in awhile a rare Breweriana comes up, but that's not very active either.

The US Regions are good to poke around in if I happen to be travelling soon to them too. Gives me a pulse of what's going on in the area(s).

 

I frequent a handful of forums - Beer Talk being the main one, with visits in the Beer & Food, Breweriana, and a couple of others less often, but I also review regularly, so I'm in the Beer section routinely as well; I will review in Places as well, but with far less frequency than the Beer section. I never got into trading or brewing, nor do I shop the store, subscribe to the magazine, or attend events, so those sections are largely ignored.

I really only use the Forums section (mainly beer talk/ beer news) and the Beer section (to look up beers). Occasionally I'll wander into Places.

 

Mostly beer talk. My region is predominately San Diego/LA talk and I mostly go there when I'm visiting down south. Not a lot of Bay Area chatter in there.

 

Oh I definitely use places, it's not talked about much on this site but it's one of the most valuable to me.

I love using it if I go to a new region and I want to find a good shop, or places to drink. That is so handy probably one of the most useful things on this site I've ever used. And yes I review places too as well.

 

In Box, Alerts, Beer Talk, Beer News, South Atlantic Forum, Mid Atlantic Forum, South Forum, NW Forum, UK Forum, Places, I look at reviews on occasion, and that's about it. New Beer Sunday had been a rollicking good time.

 

Just Beer Talk and the ratings/reviews section. I skim through the Trades forums pretty often, but mostly just to kill time (nobody's ever ISO anything I have :/).

Oh, definitely. Places isn't something I visit regularly, but when I do go there it's been incredibly helpful. That section definitely punches above it's weight.

 

I basically use Beer Talk and Beer News. I'll occasionally look at reviews, but the majority of my time is in the forums.

 

I spend all my time in Homebrewing, with a few visits a week to Beer Talk to see if anything new has come up, which is rarely.

 

Beer ratings and the forum feed on the main page. That is about it.

Ratings is most of the use, then the front page threads, I also check a few of the different regions. Beyond that I lurk on the trade forums since it's something I want to get into but want to get a feel for first.
