    It is! The only thing that differs between BCBBW and CW BW is the Mouthfeel. CW BW is lesser viscosity than BCBBW. The Aroma though on CW BW is outrageous! It's on lines with BCBBW.

    It adds to the Piney, dank taste of the beer. You should try it sometime! I've been doing it for months now :wink:

    Having a 2 year old Saison Dupont deliberately saved to see for myself what is happened to the beer over a couple of years in my basement storage area.

    Definitely a different beer than when drunk within a few months of bottling. Still drinkable but much of the complexity is gone. However, there's no cardboard taste similar to what I'd expect from an oxidized beer.

    Do it! I didn't think I was going to enjoy the bottle I received. It left me speechless, I had to review it. Now I recommend that brew to anyone that likes the Under the Radar brew. Unless you're in the Mid-west...then they know what they have.

    I think that is pure genius. I may do that to. Although many times after a bike ride a beer is my recovery drink of choice.

    Mine after a few chugs of water though. I grab for a beer when I feel my blood pressure starts to drop. That equals a beer buzz like no other.
