Good. More bcbs variants for me.

If that new bottle design is real, it's pretty cool
Also, I'd like 500 ml BCBS - a good splitting size for the ABV

F that who wants to split a BCBS, 12oz is fine, keep it the way it is.

Last year Josh Noel got the scoop doing an interview and announced on August 1st. They usually wait a little longer than that, just to be sure the beer is up to their standards.

My only speculation is that I won't get enough.

I know it's a joke, but as a Korean, please don't support Kim Jong Un.

He doesn't even know about Kopi Luwak!

How is that speculation? That's statistically almost guaranteed.

Its sad reading this thread because, sadly, in CA, we only get to see so many BCBS bottles. Sometimes on tap, wish Prop and other variants were more available.

Seeing as you are Californian, you won't get much sympathy from the BA community

Just do like I do and trade for a boatload of BBPT5 every year. I like it better anyways.

You have to realize this is a "sporting event" among beer lovers...and it is like the presidential elections...ongoing.

I'm not sure trading for another hard-to-get BA beer (much less one only available at the brewery) is going to solve his BCBS availability issues.

Not going to happen. They have said(strange brews podcast) that the base stout isn't very good. Their idea is that. Instead of taking a good beer and barrel aging on the assumption that barrels make good things better the base is made specifically to mature well in the barrel.
