Anybody know details about this years event? It's usually the first weekend in May and I haven't heard anything about it. Their website is down as well. Hope it's happening as its one of my favorite local beer events every year!

    From the e-mail they sent:

    Greetings!

I hope you were able to get your week off to a good start. Whether you were working, watched the marathon or had the day off, I hope you made the best of a rainy day.

Spring has sprung and though the forecast isn't filled with 60 degree weather, I'll take the coming sunshine any day. Springtime also marks a time to celebrate here at CBC. This year we're celebrating our 26th year in business!
We're celebrating our 26th Anniversary on Saturday, May 2nd all day long with live music, excellent beer and food. We'll open the doors at 11am and keep the good time going (and great beers pouring!) until closing time.
Though the official beer list has yet to be announced, Will and the Brew Crew have promised some very special offerings including many perennial favorites. And as has become the tradition, we'll have our outdoor beer garden set up all day and our patio grill going from 4-10pm. Jimmy Ryan & Hayride will be joining us again out on the patio from 7-9pm.

There's no cover and no tickets to buy. Bring yourself, your family and friends to help us celebrate another great year here at Cambridge Brewing Co.

For more information as it becomes available, check the event page on our website.

    Cheers!

    Laura

    Hi Gang!
Our website is back up and running. Sorry about that.
Tomorrow we'll post the beer list and food menu on the website.
But heck, I can also just post it here, right?
We would love it if you could come and celebrate with us this Saturday.
I'll be there all afternoon, and we'll have great food and awesome tunes from our friends Jimmy Ryan and Hayride in the evening. Please be sure and say hello!
26 Beers and 26 years. Wow!
Thanks for supporting us, we really appreciate the opportunity to do what we love, and share it with people who love well-made, delicious beer.
    Cheers!

There's not much that I (and WE) don't like. We've taken beer names from the Dead, RUSH, Talking Heads, Beatles, Phish, Maiden, Wm. S. Burroughs, Minutemen, the Clash, Pink Floyd, John Coltrane, De La Soul, heck, that's just off the top of my head.

Inspiration is everywhere! Except, maybe, in a One Direction song.

I've sampled many of those beers over the years (and recent months)....what are some favorites everyone is looking forward to?

@NTLOPE will all 26 be pouring all day (or until the kegs are tapped)? Also, sort of a random question I've always been curious about....what sizes are the flute/pilsner/snifter/teardrop/petit....basically everything but the pint?

I ask more for sobriety reasons than price, I always like to know how much I'm drinking with some of the heftier ABVs.
