What time does everyone plan to get there? Do you think we really need to get there before they open and wait?

 

honestly i wouldn't be surprised if this one was a little different. i predict it'll last until 1p, latest.

 

I used to be in the camp that no reason to wait in line before they open, but the more I think of it, everyone get there at 9am, be out by 11:30 so I can roll in and not wait , , ha ha !

 

yeah I mean that's what I had thought about citra/nelson as well, and nelson sold out at 1pm, so I would think something similar

 

Assuming everyone buys the max, there's roughly 300 allotments of AGE.

GD and Nelson will fall off quick, not sure how Mosaic will last. AGE is a big beer only so many of those can be downed. If people load up on a limit, so be it, but always remember their could be people behind you who get shut out, leave some behind and share the love. They will make more.

I definitely saw people muling the last time I was there, be cool to everyone else and respect the limits and wishes off the brewer.

 

Totally agree. I'm planning on snagging a 4-pack for myself and a 4-pack to bring out to Firestone at the end of the month. No trading....just BBQ beers. On a vineyard

 

I don't know how anyone could possibly get through the limit, honestly. I only got a 4-pack each of Citra and Nelson and I'm having a hard time getting through those, especially since other beers pop up in the meanwhile that I want to try as well.

 

Citra is on point tonight.

 

If I go on Saturday, I'll get the limit on AGE where I'll get three four packs for my beer friends with a four pack for myself, I live in NJ and my friends never go to the city. I understand your point too, I rarely buy more than a four or six pack of something for myself as I prefer to drink fresh stuff.

 

If im making a trip from Jersey Im deff loading up and getting the limit. leave nothing. i dont care if I get through it or not. No sense in making the trip for 1 - 4 pack of each

 

This makes sense, being a local I'm obviously more often shopping just for myself as opposed to a few.

Cool, so instead of "wasting your time" you'd rather waste your money (and still end up drinking the same amount anyway)? Hey, it's your money, but this approach doesn't seem to make the most sense possible.

 

Also headed into Manhattan this weekend, thinking along the same lines...
