That actually seems like a horrible idea.

Going in the way back machine to celebrate my 5 years on BA today. A lot has changed in the beer world in such a short time. Thankfully this favorite of mine hasn't despite the ownership change since then. I'm amazed at the heat this thing is still packing after nearly five years. Still black as night with nice carbonation and a dark cherry-vanilla flavor. There is a bit of wet cardboard taste in the background. Perhaps some oxidation has set in?

Cheers to everyone that makes this such a fun and educational site!

    pow! delicious.

Yeah, I didn't like the first bottle I tried very much, but it's grown on me quite well. I love hoppy anything; however with this it seems that after the hops settle down a bit it comes out very nicely.

    What seems horrible about it?

Beautiful picture as ever. =] I love spring-time (in places with seasons).

Lunch on the patio. Weather's supposed to get ugly this afternoon, rain turning to snow Saturday night. Better take advantage of the good weather while we can.

Just finished off a bottle of Sierra Nevada's Nooner pilsner, one of two that my sister let me have when we split the six-packs we had recently bought between the two of us (she really liked this one so she insisted on taking three of the remaining five when we split the packs. XD)

Grassy hops, multigrain cracker type malt. Really good. And definitely a good choice of beer for relaxing and cooling off a bit after being out in the heat and sun for a while.
