How about Brooklyn ? They have an English IPA and Double IPA (Blast!.) Funny how Blast! has over a thousand reviews and Ive never seen it in stores anywhere and never hear anyone talking about it as much as they do their 2 famous RIS's.

Samuel Adams did not have a regular IPA in their line up for a while until Latitude 48. Now they have added the Rebel series as well.

Blast is all over the place when I visit the East coast. It used to be better. Not sure what happened. I remember having it at a beer festival on draft and thinking it was god tier. Not sure what happened there because it's a solid B in my opinion as of now.

That said, lots of breweries feature IPAs... Few of them however are good. Unfortunately, the high demand and selling opportunity for IPAs outshines the brewer's need to really focus on brewing truly excellent IPAs, out of love and knowledge of the style. Some solid exceptions would be Hill Farmstead, Alchemist, Lawson's, Alpine, Maine Beer Co., etc.

New Glarus Brewing company does not brew a regular IPA. They have Scream, but thats a DIPA.
They used to have Hop Hearty IPA in the line-up, but it's been a few years.

I would think Shiner. Not only big by craft brewery standards, but no IPA.

Nailed it. #1 on this list and no IPAs.
Gambrinus/Spoetzl/Shiner (I don't what the arrangement is) is #5, also no IPAs.

Also, New Glarus is #19 and has no IPAs.

Then as far as I can tell, it's Yuengling followed by New Glarus.

It's your thread, but it seems like you're splitting hairs too much by distinguishing IPAs from imperial versions in the discussion. Even if imperial, Blast is still what one would consider an IPA by most standards.

The Bruery - they'll never brew one on principle (but they have a great IPL called Humulus Lager).

    It's not exactly big though

And also verging on being debatable. If it looks like a duck etc etc

Yuengling really stretches the definition of "craft" beer. Very few people would have called it a craft brewery before the Brewers Association updated its definition.

New Glarus brewed Hop Hearty until three years ago, and it has produced three separate Unplugged/Thumbprint double IPAs.

August Schell as far as I know has never brewed any sort of IPA. Like Yuengling, it is a very old regional brewery that historically wouldn't be considered a craft brewery. Unlike Yuengling, its management has very much embraced the craft brewing revolution, and most of its beers today compete in the craft space.

Added: It's surely no coincidence that all three breweries I mentioned are located in areas with large German-American populations. Two were founded by German immigrants, and the third was founded by an alumnus of the ultimate German-American* brewing company, Anheuser-Busch.

    * Now Belgian/Brazilian/German-American

They have plenty of IPL's which basically masquerade as IPAs and appeal to the hop lovers
