Not brewing per se, but racking a Berliner to secondary with fruit. Which I know will make one special guy very happy.

Friend asked for an (D)IPA with pine all over it. Simcoe and Chinook are locked and loaded. Brewing on Saturday but debating if adding Rye might play too much w/ the profile. Using S-05 since the request was made yesterday and I am stuck at work on a beautiful Friday.

No brewing for me, going to my parents this weekend BUT I do have a Stone IPA clone in the keg dry hopping and carbing. On Monday should be good to remove the hops and a few days after that - drankin'.

Elegant oxygen free transfer setup! Mine looks like Rube Goldberg designed it.

Not really sure what style this would fall under, but yesterday I used up the last of some ingredients to make a light, low hopped, easy drinking beer for the upcoming hot weather.

Not brewing anything, but coming up with a recipe for an APA for the summer and racking my wits onto raspberries and blueberries. Meh. Need to get a saison going for blending purposes. The HF dreg brew turned into super sour saison.

Brewed a belgian single today with abbey ale yeast in order to use the slurry for a tripel my wife wants. She uses a tripel for a ham shank apricot recipe that appeared in the beer advocate mag some time ago. It is most excellent!

I need to decide whether to go simple, pilsner, aromatic and sugar, or use a karmeliet clone recipe from candisyrup.com. Has anyone made it?

Tomorrow it is a weizenbock using the slurry from a previous wheat beer after kegging it.

Bottling an IPA, and maybe a trip to LHBS to pick up supplies for the next few batches.

Looks like I'm going to carve out time to make Brett Brunette, a brownish farmhouse ale using American Farmhouse Blend and various grains that have been leftover or stored for too long. This includes some raw spelt, so I will be rocking the cereal mash.

Brewing an all El Dorado WLP 644 DIPA right now, hopefully brewing with 2 newbies on the fussy brew, a Two Hearted clone, gonna brew a mead with WLP 644 and a Citra dry hop, bottling a Rye IPA with those same newbies and kegging an Australian IPA. And hopefully find time to drink a few by a pool or at the lake some point

We've got another batch of our house pale, a dry-hopped/kettle soured saison, and a dry irish stout that will be our first nitro beer.

    Hot damn!

    Cheers!

Do you have any close-up pics of your CO2 transfer adapters/fittings on that fermenter? Assume that's a Speidel fermenter?
