You may discover that your kegged beers run out faster. I think the O-Rings must absorb a lot of it. Or something.

Only two are ready to drink - a Kolsch-type and a Trois pale ale. The Kolsch is in contention for beer of the year (to be eligible, a beer must be produced by me).

Had a couple samples of my Maibock earlier today. I made half with 2124 and half with WLP 833. Both good, but I think I prefer the 2124.

I also preferred the 2124 over 2206 in my Oktoberfest last fall. Planning a Bo Pils for next weekend with 2001 (Urquell) and 2124. I know it's not really Bohemian, but I have liked it so far, and it was the only fresh alternative yeast at my LHBS.

I'm avoiding another sample of my Mosaic IPA since I just kegged it Sunday and it still needs time to carb.
