    I had a Belgian DIPA at a local Rock Bottom couple of weeks ago. Unbelievable! A DIPA with Belgian yeast. Yum . Yum.

    So, even though this will be different, I'm going to definitely try it. Looking forward to it...Love the name...

    I am definitely tasting the tripel, but I'm not getting any of the oaky notes from the barrel... Yes, I've let it warm up. I was also thinking it'd be a bit more hop heavy given the fact it is 75% DIPA. All in all, it is not a bad brew. Just not one of my favorites from Stone.

    I think Wicked Weed has the best DIPA in the south--Freak. Their single IPAs are super solid as well. And yes I prefer their IPAs over Hop Drop, Jai Alai, Westbrook..... just to name a few. And I like those (except of Jai Alai).

    They are supposed to can/bottle beer in the next year. Now only can get their sours in distro. They are worth a visit.
